Data controller

The data controller for the data collected through this site and through the platform is the company operating the “Gestionale Sportivo” service. Full details (company name, registered office, VAT number) will be published on this page once available. For any privacy-related request, write to info@gestionale-sportivo.example.it.

Data collected on the site

When you visit this site we collect a minimal amount of information:

• the data you voluntarily provide through the contact form (name, email, message), used only to reply to your request;
• technical browsing data (IP address, browser type, pages visited), collected in aggregate form for statistics and security purposes.

We do not use profiling cookies and we do not share this data with third parties for advertising purposes.

Data collected by the platform

Once activated by a client sports club, the platform processes the data that the club itself enters (athletes, staff, families): personal records, attendance, health data related to injuries, financial data related to payments. In this relationship the sports club is the data controller and we act as data processor, under a dedicated Data Processing Agreement (DPA) signed with each client.

Data is hosted on cloud infrastructure within the European Union. Access to data is governed by granular role-based permissions: each person sees only what is relevant to their role within the club (athlete, parent, coaching staff, front office, administration).

Your rights

As a data subject you have the right to access your data, request rectification or erasure, object to processing and request data portability, as set out in Articles 15-22 of the GDPR. To exercise these rights, write to info@gestionale-sportivo.example.it; if your data is processed by a client sports club, the request should primarily be addressed to that club, as data controller.

Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated over time, for example following regulatory changes or the introduction of new features. The last update date is shown at the top of this page.
