Terms of Service

This page is a reference draft pending final legal review, which will be completed with the service provider’s company name and contract details before public launch.

Scope of the service

“Gestionale Sportivo” is a subscription software (SaaS) designed for managing grassroots and youth football clubs: records, teams, calendar, tournament and weekend scheduling, match sheets, internal communication and the financial area.

Activation and accounts

Access to the platform is reserved to clubs that have subscribed to a plan. Every person who uses the platform (staff, front office, families) receives a personal account, with a role that determines their permissions. Login credentials are personal and must not be shared.

Permitted use

The platform must be used exclusively for the purposes it was designed for: the sporting, organizational and administrative management of a football club. It is forbidden to enter false data, attempt to access another club’s data, or use the service in a way that could compromise its availability for other clients.

Data and confidentiality

Data entered into the platform (records, health data related to injuries, financial data) remains the property of the sports club that entered it. The processing of this data is governed by our Privacy Policy and by a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) signed with each client.

Service availability

We are committed to keeping the service continuously available, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation: scheduled maintenance, updates or force majeure events may cause temporary interruptions, which we will communicate whenever possible.

Termination

A client club may terminate its subscription according to the terms set out in the contract signed at activation. Upon termination, data remains available for export for a reasonable period before final deletion.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated over time. Material changes will be communicated to client clubs with reasonable notice.
