Campionando integration

Enter the result once. Campionando receives it on its own

The result the coach enters pitchside travels from TeamPilot to Campionando, with scorers and cards. No phone calls, no messages, no sheet to copy out on Sunday evening.

What changes

From the pitch to the portal, with nothing in between

One entry

You write the result where you already do: from your phone, pitchside. Campionando receives it without anyone having to retype it.

Scorers and cards included

Not just the score: goals, own goals, penalties, bookings and sending-offs for your team travel with the match.

It leaves on its own, at the right time

When the last match of the day is over, the report goes out. If something is late, the team is reminded before it is too late.

The whole club, in one send

One message per club and per day, sorted by category and group: whoever reads it finds everything already in place.

You decide what goes out

Choose the categories and teams to send, leave out a single match, and stop the sending whenever you like. Never names of kids beyond what a result needs.

Nothing to learn

You switch it on from the club settings and it works with what you already use: the calendar, attendance and match report as always.

Sunday evening, after the pitch, there is still work to do

The matches are over, the kids have gone home, and someone at the club still has to collect the results, check who scored, write to whoever runs the competitions portal and hope no category was forgotten. A task that adds nothing for the team and repeats every week, all season long.

Results arrive late, or incomplete, or someone writes them twice in two different places. And a match result, for the parents looking for it in the evening, is one of the pieces of information that matter most.

The results reach Campionando, ready to use

  • One entry: the one the coach already does pitchside.
  • One tidy send: per club and per day, with categories and groups in place.
  • No delays: the report goes out when the day is over, without anyone having to remember.
  • No surprises: you can preview what will go out and where, and stop the sending at any moment.

An integration that asks for nothing more

Whoever already uses the system already has everything: the calendar with the matches, the match report with goals and cards, and the person who writes the result. The integration relies on this data and sends it where it needs to go, without adding steps and without asking to change the way you work. It is the simplest example of what it means to have one place where things are written: then they connect to the rest.

To see it on your own club’s numbers, request a demo. If your club’s results already go out live, you will find the rest in Live scores.

Questions about the Campionando integration

What we hear from clubs that send results by hand today.

A club administrator switches it on from the settings, chooses the categories and teams whose results should go out, and confirms the privacy notice. From then on there is nothing else to do: you work as usual and TeamPilot does the rest.

After the last match of the day has ended, with a small margin for delays. If someone has marked the end of the match from the pitch, it goes out sooner. If results are missing, whoever is at the pitch gets a reminder before it goes out.

Until the report has gone out you can correct it as usual from your phone or computer. The report goes out with the data of that moment.

Yes. You choose by category, with exceptions for a single team, and you can leave out a single match. Tournaments and friendlies stay out: league matches go.

What a match report needs travels: teams, result, scorers and cards. No dates of birth, contacts or other personal data, and the club decides whether and when to switch it on.

Yes, the integration is included in every plan. The only requirement is that results are written in the system, which is what TeamPilot users already do.
