What you can do

From Monday's meeting to the members' assembly

Attendance, team by team

Who trains and who is missing, by team and by player, several teams at once: the comparison is on the first page, the cases to look at already flagged.

How the teams are doing

Results, goals, scorers, minutes, call-ups and cards over a period, highlighting who is playing little.

Every player's development

One player's sheet or the whole squad's file, one per page: attendance, matches, assessments, goals and tests for the end-of-season talks.

Admin in order

Medical certificates and documents by team, and the club's make-up in numbers: members, birth years, staff, who joined and who left.

The accounts, for those who keep them

Payments and overdue amounts, fees owed by team, staff pay and contributions for the year: the numbers the treasurer brings to the meeting.

One file for the board

The reports you pick in a single PDF, with a table of contents and a summary page per area. Your choice is kept for the next meeting.

A board meeting prepared in an evening, not a week

In a club with many teams the board always asks the same questions: how many kids really train, how the teams are doing, who has no medical certificate, how much is still to be collected. The answers exist, but they are scattered across each coach’s register, the office’s spreadsheets and the treasurer’s bank statement.

So, before every meeting, someone spends their evenings copying numbers into a spreadsheet. And the figure that reaches the chairman is often already out of date, or doesn’t match what the coach says.

What changes with TeamPilot

  • The numbers are already there: attendance, matches, assessments, documents and payments go into the software as the season goes on, and the report puts them in order when you need them.
  • A report for every question: from one team’s attendance to the whole club’s file, area by area.
  • Everyone sees their part: the coach their teams, the office the documents, the treasurer the accounts, management everything.
  • On proper club paper: your logo at the top, «Confidential» at the bottom, laid out to be printed or attached to an email.
  • Ready for the assembly: the club’s make-up and the year’s accounts in numbers, without names where they are not needed.

All the reports, area by area

Sports. Training attendance · Team performance · Player sheet · A squad's player file · Assessments and tests.

Club office. Documents and certificates · The club's make-up.

Accounts. Payments situation · Fees by team · Staff pay and contributions for the year.

Board. The file with the reports you pick, a table of contents and a summary of each area.

Reports read what the club already records: registers and match sheets from call-ups, the teams with their squads, the office’s fees and deadlines. For every day there is the dashboard; for the meeting, the report. To see them on your own club’s numbers, request a demo.

Frequently asked questions

Questions about reports

What chairmen, directors and club secretaries ask us when they prepare a meeting.

On the sports side, training attendance, team performance, the player sheet, a squad's player file, and assessments with fitness tests. For the club office, documents and certificates and the club's make-up. For the accounts, the payments situation, fees by team and staff pay with the year's contributions. And the board file, which puts them together in a single PDF.

Yes. A report never recalculates anything: it reads the same data as the pages you use every day, from attendance registers to payments. What the chairman reads on paper is what the office and the coaches see on screen.

Everyone gets their own. A coach reports on the teams they coach, two at once if needed, never on a colleague's; a specialist coach only sees the players they follow; the office sees documents, not assessments; whoever keeps the accounts gets the financial reports. Management and the chairman see the whole club. Team managers and families have no reports.

PDF, with your club's logo at the top and «Confidential» at the bottom of every page. Wide tables move to a landscape page on their own, and the colours stay readable on a black-and-white printer. Where you need to keep working on them, the data also downloads as CSV for a spreadsheet.

Reports stay inside the club and say they are confidential. In the board file the accounts start without names, totals only, until whoever prepares it asks for the detail. Staff's internal notes never end up in a report, and feedback for players only if it has already been shared with the family.

Yes: one team, some or all of those you follow, and a period, from the last month to the whole season. A report also opens from a team's page, a player's page or the accounts pages, already set on the teams and the period you are looking at.

Board reports are included in the Pro and Premium plans, and can be added to the Base plan. The financial reports work together with the finance area.
