Match sheets

Match sheets ready from your phone

Every weekend, for every team: the match sheet fills itself in, is signed by the pitch and reaches the club office with all the match documents.

What you can do

Match day, without forgotten sheets

Match sheet already filled in

Players called up, shirt numbers, captain and staff come from the call-up, with nothing to copy.

Signatures by the pitch

Sign on the phone, the opponents too, or print it, sign it by hand and upload the copy.

Match notes and documents

Match report, the opponents' notes and documents stay linked to the match, not in someone's phone gallery.

Everything ready for the club office

The club office sees which matches are complete and what is missing from the others, week by week.

A guided match day

On match day, coaches and officials find the steps to take, one after the other.

Ready to print when needed

The match sheet comes out in a tidy format, ready to print or to keep.

When there are many matches, paper gets lost

A handwritten match sheet works for one match. Over the weekend of a club with many teams it becomes dozens of sheets filled in a hurry, with a wrong shirt number, a forgotten registration number, a missing signature. After the match, the opponents’ notes end up in a pocket or in a photo on an official’s phone, and on Monday the club office spends the morning chasing who has what, before it can hand over what is needed.

Every match produces documents; the problem is that nobody knows where they are any more. And the more teams the club has, the longer Monday gets.

What changes with TeamPilot

  • Fewer mistakes on the match sheet: the data comes from the call-up and the register, not from memory.
  • Signatures collected at the ground: on the phone or by hand, the club office knows the match sheet is signed.
  • Every document in one place: match sheet, match report and the opponents’ notes stay with their match.
  • A shorter Monday: the club office sees at once what is complete and what is missing, team by team.
  • The same order for every team: every coach and every official follows the same steps.
  • League results reach Campionando on their own: after the last match of the day TeamPilot sends scores, scorers and cards, with nothing copied by hand.
  • Not a sheet wasted: match sheets, signatures and notes stay on the phone and are printed only when really needed.

The match sheet comes from the call-ups, and at tournaments it goes hand in hand with tournament planning. For squads and staff there is team management. The plans are compared on the pricing page; to see it on your own matches, request a demo.

Frequently asked questions

Questions about match sheets

What team officials and club offices ask us most often.

Yes. The team official signs on their phone, and the opposing team's official can sign on their own too, without signing up. A digital signature is never mandatory: the match sheet can always be printed, signed by hand and uploaded as a copy. Either way, the club office knows the match sheet has been signed, and the document stays linked to the match.

From the match call-up and from the club's register: players called up, shirt numbers, captain and vice-captain, staff and match details. Once the match sheet is closed, its content stays exactly as it was, even if something changes in the register in the following days. What to include and whom to hand it to can vary by age group and regional committee: your committee's official notices always prevail.

Yes. The match sheet prints in a tidy format, ready to take to the ground, and stays available in the match page for anyone who needs to find it later. Printing or signing on the phone is a choice for each club and each match: TeamPilot does not force you to change habits overnight, it helps you not to lose anything either way.

Yes. The notes handed over by the opposing team are photographed with the phone at the end of the match and stay in the match documents, together with the match sheet and the match report, where the club office finds them without asking anyone. In the Premium plan, the documents of the matches can also be gathered into a tidy package, ready to hand over to the federation.
