What you can do

From call-up to kick-off

Call-ups from the calendar

Start from the match in the calendar and from the team's squad, with captain and vice-captain marked.

Unavailable players highlighted

Injured and suspended players are visible while you pick the squad, before you find out at the ground.

The message for the group

The call-up message is already written: check it and send it to the team's WhatsApp group.

Roll call and attendance

Roll call is done by phone, at training as well as at matches, and attendance stays in the season.

Commitments that do not clash

If a player or a coach is already busy elsewhere at the same time, you notice straight away.

Families kept informed

Families find the team calendar up to date, without having to ask anyone.

When there are many teams, the week gets lost in messages

For a single team, a call-up is a message in the group. For a club with many teams it becomes dozens of lists a week, written by hand by different coaches and officials, each in their own way. Only those at the last training session know who is injured, attendance ends up in a notebook or is not recorded at all, and when management asks how much a team really trains, the answer is an impression.

The same work is repeated every week, and every week something gets lost along the way: a player called up who could not be there, a family that did not know the time, a training session where nobody remembers who turned up.

What changes with TeamPilot

  • Less time for every match: the call-up starts from the squad and the calendar, and the message is ready.
  • No unavailable player called up by mistake: injuries and suspensions are in front of whoever picks the squad.
  • Attendance that counts: training sessions and matches become numbers the club can reason about.
  • Consistent commitments: clashes are visible before they become a problem.
  • The same method in every team: management finds the same information everywhere.

From the call-up you get to the match sheet without copying anything. For squads, staff and statistics there is team management, and for the youngest age groups the page on the youth academy. To see it on your club’s teams, request a demo.

Frequently asked questions

Questions about call-ups and attendance

What coaches and team officials ask us most often.

Yes. When the call-ups are ready, TeamPilot writes the message with the match, the day, the time, the venue and the list of players called up. You can add a notice or a detail, then the message opens in WhatsApp and you choose the group or the contact to send it to. There are no names to copy by hand, and nobody receives the wrong list.

The team's coach and officials, and the club's management. Each of them works only on the teams they are responsible for, and a coach can hand a single match over to a colleague when they cannot be there. Those who do not manage the team see the call-ups without being able to change them, so the list stays the one decided by whoever is responsible for it.

Yes. Roll call is taken by phone at every training session and every match, in a few taps, even by the pitch. Attendance stays in the season and becomes the numbers of each player and each team: who trains consistently, who plays, who has been missing for too long. This is information that can no longer be rebuilt at the end of the season, and here it is collected by itself.

While you prepare the call-ups, injured or suspended players are flagged next to their name, with the reason. The decision stays yours: a flag does not stop you from calling up someone who has become available again in the meantime. Injuries and suspensions are updated in the player's profile, so the whole team staff sees the same situation.
