What you can do

Every team, each with its own work

Squads by season

Each team with its squad, including players called up from another team, season after season.

Staff and officials

Coaches, fitness coaches, officials and medical staff with their role, on one or more teams.

The team calendar

The team's training sessions, matches and commitments next to those of the rest of the club.

Statistics and trends

Attendance, goals, minutes and results by team and by player, updated as the season goes on.

Guided season changeover

The new year's teams are built from the previous year's, instead of starting from scratch.

Injuries and suspensions

Who is unavailable is visible at once, with return times and matches still to serve.

When there are many teams, a list is not enough

With two or three teams, every coach knows who is in the squad and the sporting director knows everything else. When the teams become many, the staff large and players move from one age group to another, the simplest question becomes hard: who plays where, who is available, how the season is going. Squads live in different files, statistics are rebuilt at the end of the year, and every new season forces you to redo work that has already been done.

A well-structured club does not just need to know who is there: it needs to see how all its teams are working, together, and decide on numbers rather than impressions.

What changes with TeamPilot

  • An overall view: management and technical managers keep every team under control, coaches work on their own.
  • Numbers that write themselves: attendance, results and statistics come from everyday work, not from an end-of-year summary.
  • Clear availability: injuries and suspensions are visible before you prepare the match.
  • Seasons that do not start from zero: new teams are built from the previous year’s.
  • Staff in their place: everyone with their role, on the teams they look after.

For the work of every week there are call-ups and attendance, and for match day the match sheets. If your teams cover every age group, see also the page on the youth academy. To see it on your club’s teams, request a demo.

Frequently asked questions

Questions about team management

What sporting directors and technical managers ask us most often.

Yes. Every player has a main team and can also play for others, for example when a young player also plays with the older age group. Their appearances and statistics stay linked to the team they actually played for, so each team's numbers remain accurate and the player's numbers are all found together in their profile.

The changeover to the next season is guided: you choose which teams carry on, where the players go and who stays on the staff, and you see the result before confirming. The season that has just ended remains available with its data, its squads and its statistics, while everyone's work starts again on the new one. No team has to be rebuilt by hand.

No. No plan has limits on teams, staff, families or registered players: the price depends on the plan and the modules. Each staff member has their role on the teams they look after, even more than one, and sees only what their role allows. Management and technical managers, on the other hand, have a view of every team in the club.

Yes. Every player has their own statistics, for the season, by team and for all time: appearances, minutes, goals, assists and cards, with the trend match by match. Those who follow the team consult them together with the team's, and the technical staff's ratings remain visible only to the staff. These numbers come from everyday work, with no separate sheets to fill in.
