When the youth academy grows, information gets scattered

A youth academy with a few teams can be run by word of mouth. When the age groups cover every birth year, the coaches number in the dozens and the families in the hundreds, information starts living in different places: the coaches’ lists, the club office’s folders, the parents’ group chats. At the end of the season next year's teams are prepared starting from the previous year's, and the families of returning players can be sent a personal link to renew their registration with the details already filled in.
