Dashboard and insights

The whole club on one screen, every morning

Open TeamPilot and you already know how the day looks, what is waiting for you and where the season is doing better or worse than expected. You do not go looking for the numbers: they come to you, already in order of importance.

What you can do

An overview that does the work for you

How the day looks

Today's match with its kick-off, the training sessions, the deadlines falling right now. If nothing is on today, the next fixture.

Four numbers that matter

Picked for whoever is looking: the office sees deadlines and payments, the coach call-ups and attendance, families their own fixtures. Each opens its list.

What to sort out, in order

Things to do arrive already split into urgent, to handle and waiting, each with the action that closes it. No hunting page by page.

The club under control

People, teams without a coach, documents in order, fees collected: the health of the club, always up to date.

Where to look

The season analysis highlights what stands out on its own: a team that trains too little, attendance dropping, fees falling behind.

Yours, on your phone too

Everyone starts from what they need and keeps it up front. On a phone the same screen lines up in a single column, by importance.

A club is made of many small numbers

Running a club with many teams is not a problem of having too little data: there is too much of it. Attendance for every group, certificates expiring, fees, the weekend’s matches, injuries, families waiting for an answer. Each of these numbers, on its own, is small. It is their sum that makes the difference between a season you have a grip on and a season you only understand at the end.

The trouble is that those numbers live in different places: one spreadsheet for attendance, one for fees, the board’s group chat for everything else. To know how things are going you have to go and find them, and there is almost never time. So problems get noticed only once they have become problems.

What changes with TeamPilot

  • The day is the first thing you see: today’s matches, training and deadlines, before anything else.
  • The numbers pick themselves depending on who is looking, and each one leads to its list.
  • Things to do arrive in order, from urgent to what can wait, with the action to close them.
  • The state of the club is always readable: documents, fees, teams and people at a glance.
  • The analysis points you where to look, instead of leaving you ten charts to interpret.
  • Empty sections take no space: a section with nothing to say does not appear.

The dashboard reads the same data you work with every day: the club records, the squads in team management, attendance from call-ups and payments from fees and deadlines. And when you need to bring them to a meeting, the same numbers become PDF reports for the board. To see it on your own club’s numbers, request a demo.

Frequently asked questions

Questions about the dashboard

What club officials, offices and coaches ask us most often.

No, and that matters. Whoever opens TeamPilot finds the screen designed for their role: the office starts from deadlines, payments and things to sort out, the board from how the club is doing, the coach from their own teams, families from their own fixtures. People with more than one role see everything that belongs to them, and everyone can choose what to keep up front without changing what others see.

Yes. They are the same numbers as the working pages, not a copy prepared separately: a renewed certificate, a collected fee or attendance taken at the touchline show up straight away. And every number leads to the list it comes from, so there is never any doubt about where it came from.

It compares the period you are looking at with the previous one and with the rest of the club, and only flags what really stands out: a team whose attendance is well below the others, a drop that is not a coincidence, a share of fees left behind. It stays quiet when there is too little data to say anything, and every point comes with the numbers behind it. A few sentences, never more than three, because they are there to help you decide, not to fill a page.

Their own teams: who still needs a call-up, who is out injured or suspended, how training attendance went, the fixtures in the coming days. Never the club accounts, nor data about teams they do not coach.

Yes, and it is designed to. On a phone the screen lines up in a single column, with the day and the things to do at the top: what you need before training or at the touchline, without pinching and zooming.
