You then adjust it the way you like and publish it when it's ready: the matches appear in the calendar of those who play them. Yes. The club prepares its own registration form and shares it with a link or a QR code, on its website, in group chats or on a flyer. Families fill it in from their phone without creating an account, and the requests reach the office, which checks them and decides who to approve: no data enters the club records without its go-ahead. For returning players, registration for the new season can start from last year's details.

Yes. Athletes, staff and families are imported from a CSV file, which you can easily get from Excel or from the program you use today. Before the final import you see row by row what will be added and which data needs fixing, such as a wrong tax code or an empty required field, so your records start clean. Yes. Data is stored on cloud infrastructure in Europe and travels encrypted. Every role sees only what concerns them: board members, office staff, coaches, medical staff and parents have different access, and a parent sees only their own children. Health data has dedicated permissions, documents are available only to authorised people and important operations are logged. Every club is kept separate from the others.

No. TeamPilot works from the browser on computer, tablet and phone, with no programs to install and no updates to download: new features arrive on their own.
