League fixtures

Your league fixtures, without retyping them

The association publishes the fixtures, TeamPilot brings them into your season: every team's matches, the opponents and the pitches, ready for call-ups and match sheets.

What you can do

From the association's notice to your club calendar

Every matchday at once

The fixtures published by the association come in whole: every matchday, not one match at a time.

It recognises your teams

It finds your club's group and team on its own, even when the association names them differently from you.

Opponents and pitches in place

Known opponents and venues are matched, new ones are added with their location on the map.

Nothing goes in without your yes

Before writing anything it shows every match and every match-up: you fix what needs fixing and confirm.

Updates without duplicates

When the association republishes the fixtures, only the moved matches change. Call-ups, attendance and results stay where they are.

It respects your choices

If you have already moved a match yourselves, the update tells you and lets you decide instead of putting it back.

At the start of the season, fixtures are still retyped by hand

When the association publishes the fixtures, almost every club starts the same job: open the document, find its own group, retype date, time, opponent and pitch, matchday after matchday. For a single team it is a lost evening; for a club with ten or fifteen age groups it becomes a week, with the fear of getting a date wrong in the match that counts.

And the job does not end there. Fixtures change during the season: a match brought forward, a pitch unavailable, a postponed matchday. Every change has to be found, compared and fixed by hand, and one slip is enough for a team to turn up at the wrong ground.

What changes with TeamPilot

  • The calendar arrives ready: every published match, with opponents and pitches, from the association’s document.
  • No copying mistakes: dates and times are the published ones, not retyped ones.
  • Away games have an address: every opponent’s pitch is on the map, for coaches and families.
  • Updates do not break anything: moved matches change, the team’s work stays.
  • Every age group the same way: from the grassroots teams to the first team, in a few minutes each.
  • The planner organises your home weekends: it takes the week’s matches from the calendar and suggests times, pitches and changing rooms with no overlaps, updating the same matches. The association’s date stays “to be confirmed” until you set it, and the team knows when it becomes final.

Once in the calendar, the matches are the usual ones: you send call-ups, prepare the match sheet and every coach finds their season in team management. Importing fixtures is included in the Pro and Premium plans, with no limits: compare them on the pricing page. To see it on your club’s fixtures, book a demo.

FAQ

Questions about league fixtures

What club offices and youth academy managers ask us most.

The fixtures that regional and provincial committees publish for amateur and youth leagues, 11-a-side and futsal, with groups and home-and-away matchdays. Committees do not all use the same layout, and TeamPilot recognises the most common ones. If your committee's document looks different, bring it to the demo and we will look at it together. Fixtures can also be imported from a spreadsheet.

No. Opponents and venues TeamPilot already knows are matched, even when the name is written a little differently, and the missing ones are added in the same step, with their location on the map. Away games get their address straight away and coaches know where to go without asking.

You import the updated document again. TeamPilot recognises the matches it already knows and shows you only what changed: a date, a time, a pitch. No duplicate matches appear, and the work done in the meantime — call-ups, attendance, match sheets, results — stays in place.

Yes. Every team has its own group and its own fixtures, and you import them one after the other, from the first team to the youngest age groups. For a club with many categories it is the difference between an afternoon of copy and paste at the start of the season and a few minutes of checking.

Importing league fixtures is included in the Pro and Premium plans, with no usage limits: every team, every group and every update of the season. You can compare them on the pricing page.
